Our Approach
We approached Renasce as both a human movement and a technological evolution.
The goal was not to launch another platform, but to create a new philosophy of work. We started by defining the brand’s core belief: Work is not where life stops. It’s where it begins again.
From there, we built an identity that merged psychology, data, and empathy, turning hiring into an act of discovery. Visually, the brand speaks a playful and positive language drawing inspiration from origami, a symbol of transformation, rebirth, and complexity made simple. That's how we gave new life to CV's.



The Solution
To make Renasce’s purpose tangible, we worked across three key layers:
1. Strategy & Positioning
We positioned Renasce as a human-first AI company, reclaiming technology’s role as a tool for growth, not judgment. The messaging focused on rebirth, fairness, and purpose.
2. Design & Identity System
The visual identity expresses movement and evolution: modular shapes inspired by old folded curriculas, clean typography, and a warm, human color palette that contrasts the coldness of traditional tech brands.
Technology & Experience
Together with the client, we translated the concept into a real system. A gamified interface that makes job discovery intuitive and bias-free. The result is a system where people and technology finally speak the same language.
